Music and psychoanalytic knowledge inform each other both clinically and outside the consulting room/concert hall. This pertains to educators, business leaders, cultural institutions, arts organizations, social service and mental health professionals. The concepts that link music with psychological principles hold implications for interdisciplinary applications regarding how we tune into and are moved by what we hear.
